Description

These peaches come from the orchards of the Mariangela Prunotto farm, in the Langhe area, and are harvested at the right point of ripeness and processed within a few hours after harvesting. Peaches are then mixed with crumbled amaretti, cocoa and cane sugar, and the result is a creamy and fragrant compote.

Matching
Excellent eaten alone or spread on bread, it is also an ideal topping for ice cream or yoghurt. Also perfect complement to baked peaches.
