Pedemontis is the dream of an agriculture that produces oxygen and breathes the clean air of its forests, that leaves no carbon footprint on the environment, that 'inspires' and favours the natural symbiosis between spontaneous nature, agriculture and the human environment.

Pedemontis project was born with the aim of creating the agriculture of the future, an agriculture that is clean, produces oxygen and breathes the clean air of the forests. Pedemontis is the deep breath of Piedmont.
In Pedemontis, the deep bond between man and land is renewed every day, in order to preserve the excellence of Piedmont's food and wine heritage.
The Pedemontis project goes further, working on the forests, keeping them clean, moving the soil to create water reserves for the plants, making the land softer and more aerated, producing oxygen for the territory; it is a broader discourse that goes beyond the mere production of wine, for this generation and future ones.
