The rice flour of Mulino Marino is obtained from the milling by natural stone of cereals coming from the organic cultivations of Piedmont.

The cereals are selected following criteria of quality, safety and biodiversity and are ground by its characteristics with no additives, preservatives and stabilizers.

The "Setaccio" is the semi-whole wheat flour wheat Mulino Marino.  The grain is washed, cleaned and ground to natural stone, also the part is removed bran (fiber) thicker, to obtain a flour in all and for all integral but with a lesser amount of bran.  The grinding by means of the stones allows instead to obtain the presence of the germ in the flour and to obtain it in a single step without heating. This procedure means that the flour is more nutritious, more digestible and more fragrant.
