Barbera d'Alba Bajet, whose name in dialect indicates the young conscript soldier, a symbol of vitality typical of youth, has the particularity of having a broad and complex bouquet with notes of red fruits, fruit jam, cinnamon, vanilla and pepper.In the mouth it has good acidity, but is soft and full.
