The apricots grown by Mariangela Prunotto's farm are processed after a few hours, and cooked without adding sugar. Only a small amount of fructose is added to obtain a completely natural compote with the true flavor of fresh fruit respecting the Piedmontese tradition.
The "open sky" processing method is the classic method used since ancient times for fruit preservation. In fact, after being carefully cleaned and washed, the fruit is simply cooked in the pot with the addition of fructose.
In this way a product is obtained in which the flavor of the fruit used is enhanced to the maximum and by the artisan characteristics that only our grandmothers can match.
Store at room temperature, away from heat and light sources. After opening store in the fridge and consume within a few days.
