Description
Sulla honey is a honey that crystallizes spontaneously and forms a creamy mass of fine crystals. It is one of the finest honeys among those produced in Italy, although it is not yet well known. Due to its characteristics it is very similar to acacia and orange honeys.

Matching
Perfect for the preparation of hard nougat and generally used for any type of desserts. On the table it is particularly suitable with cheeses such as pecorino.
