Description

It is a whole natural stone milled organic flour. From a nutritional point of view it contains vitamins A, E, C and minerals as magnesium, iron, calcium and zinc. The magnesium helps the use of insulin and improves the muscles activity, inhibiting cramps (a useful characteristics for sportsmen).

The "Setaccio" is the semi-whole wheat flour wheat Mulino Marino.  The grain is washed, cleaned and ground to natural stone, also the part is removed bran (fiber) thicker, to obtain a flour in all and for all integral but with a lesser amount of bran.  The grinding by means of the stones allows instead to obtain the presence of the germ in the flour and to obtain it in a single step without heating. This procedure means that the flour is more nutritious, more digestible and more fragrant.
