Come tutte le farine del Mulino Marino una farina eccellente e saporita, ottima per panificare e per dolci e paste brisè , frolle e gnocchi , mischiata a farina bianca.

Non ci sono farine paragonabili, la uso per fare la pasta, la pizza, la pasta è superlativa. Gli amici a cui lo regalata sono rimasti stupefatti dalla qualità di tutti i prodotti Mulino Marino.
