We select the most mature truffles with regular shape in order to propose you a top quality product.

Our special processing technique keeps unchanged the truffle features and guarantee an incredibly long shelf life. The truffles preserved in water and salt and sterilized and this allow to taste truffle out of the season too. Beppe’s thirty-years experience and ability in truffle processing are here expressed at their best.
