For lovers of tradition a new delicacy: the Colomba Ricetta Antica di Albertengo, with a unique flavor, soft in leavening and rich in only soft candied fruit, covered with icing and decorated with whole hazelnuts.
A goodness that is renewed with every taste!
Ingredients
wheat flour, candied orange peel 22% (orange peels, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, natural flavors), egg yolk, butter, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), sugar, emulsifier: mono-and di-glycerides of fatty acids; invert sugar syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, barley malt, salt, flavouring agents. INGREDIENTS OF ICING AND DECORATION: sugar, almonds, egg white, "Piedmont Hazelnut" 1,0%, apricot kernels, rice flour. May contain other nuts, soy and mustard. Store in a cool and dry place.
