Product baked naturally leavened: classic Colomba with cadied pear and chocolate drops, halzenut frosting and garnished with sugar grains and whole almonds.

Type ''0'' soft wheat flour - Candied pear cubes 13% (Pear - Glucose/fructose syrup - Sucrose - Concentrated lemon juice) - Butter (Milk) - Sugar - Yolk of fresh category A eggs from free-range hens - Chocolate chips 7% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin) - Natural yeast (Type ''0'' soft wheat flour - Water) - Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - Whole milk - Invert sugar - Salt - Natural flavoring - Natural Bourbon vanilla flavouring.

INGREDIENTS OF THE ICING 12%: Sugar - Fresh category A egg white from free-range hens - Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnut 9% - Rice flour - Rice starch - Impalpable sugar (Sugar - Wheat starch) - Sunflower seed oil - Natural flavourings. Garnished with 4% granulated sugar and 2% whole almonds. May contain other nuts and mustard.
