Description
For chocolate lovers a unique delicacy, Albertengo's Chocolate Colomba hides a rich shower of dark chocolate drops in the dough.
Ingredients
wheat flour, chocolate 17% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), egg yolk, butter, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, candied pear paste (minced pear, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), emulsifier: monoand di-glycerides of fatty acids; invert sugar syrup, barley malt, salt, flavouring agents. INGREDIENTS OF ICING AND DECORATION: sugar, almonds, egg white, "Piedmont Hazelnut" 1,0%, kernels, rice flour. May contain other nuts, soy and mustard. Store in a cool and dry place.
