Description
For lovers of tradition, a new delicacy: the  Colomba Flavours Alta Langa with a unique taste, an entirely Piedmontese specialty that comes from the union of the Albertengo recipe with the high quality of Piedmont DOC Moscato wine. Covered with icing and decorated with whole hazelnuts.

Ingredients
raisins 20%, wheat flour, egg yolk, butter, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), "Furia" wheat flour 5.2%, sugar, "Moscato d'Asti DOCG" wine 4,2%, emulsifier: mono-and di-glycerides of fatty acids; "Enkir" wheat flour 2.1%, invert sugar syrup, "Alta Langa DOCG" wine 1.5%, liqueur wine, barley malt, salt, Madagascar vanilla bean powder, flavouring agents. INGREDIENTS OF HAZELNUT(2) ICING AND DECORATION: sugar, "Piedmont Hazelnut" 25% (corresponding to 4% of the product), egg white, almonds, apricot kernels, rice flour. May contain other nuts, soy and mustard. Store in a cool and dry place.
