Ditirambo is an aged grappa that represents an authentic innovation in the panorama of spirits: it is the result of the collaboration between the Berta Distillery and the musical experimentation of Innova Veris, a project by Maestro Vessicchio and Andrea Rizzoli.
Ditirambo is the first grappa in the world to have been subjected to a treatment based on harmonious-natural music, expertly elaborated by Maestro Vessicchio. The choice of the base grappa, SoloPerGian, aged 8 years in large barrels and 2 100-litre barrels, reflects Berta's attention to quality and excellence. Twenty minutes of harmonization in the barrel are enough to permanently transform the distillate, giving it an unprecedented aromatic complexity and sensorial elegance.
Ditirambo is produced in a limited edition, around 600 examples, thus highlighting the exclusivity and prestige of this creation.
