Description
Kinara is a hard cheese used for meals and to grate over some dishes. It is made with vegetable rennet, without food preservatives, no lysozyme, but especially without lactose.

Fattorie Fiandino were the first company in the world to introduce the Kinara method that uses the flowers of Cynara cardunculus, a common wild thistle that grows spontaneously even in the mountains of Piedmont and which turns into real vegetable rennet. The use of rennet - especially vegetable rennet - significantly contributes to obtaining "zero lactose" in Kinara, providing novel, pleasant organoleptic characteristics.

The result is a tasty, unique scented cheese which is easily digested also by people who suffer from lactose intolerance!

Prodotto eccellente. Da quando non mangio più carne ho rinunciato ai formaggi con caglio animale. Gran Kinara è strepitoso, un pò caro, ma ci sta! Il sapore non fa rimpiangere il giustamente celebrato Parmigiano Reggiano realizzato con caglio animale.
