Mulino Marino Spaghetto is made in Gragnano (NA) with durum wheat flour produced by Mulino Marino; it is bronze-drawn and undergoes a very slow drying process. For every 100g of pasta you need 1 litre of boiling water. 10g of coarse salt should be added for every litre of water. Stir occasionally and taste the pasta to see if it is cooked to your liking. Cooking time: 9-11 minutes.
Ideal with a full-bodied sauce, such as meat sauce or mushroom sauce
