Description
This Tortiglione pasta is made exclusively with Senatore Cappelli flour with wheat germ. The flour used is organic and is milled with a natural “La Ferté” buhrstone. The pasta, which is produced in Gragnano (NA) using spring water from the Lattari Mountains, undergoes very long drying and is bronze drawn. Recommended cooking time: 9-11 minutes.

Ideal with a full-bodied sauce, such as meat sauce or mushroom sauce
