This Parmigiano Reggiano and Truffle cream has a sublime flavor for those who love strong tastes and goes well with typical Piedmontese raw meat, or as a condiment for tajarin, or tagliolini also typical of Piedmont.

Cream, Parmigiano Reggiano P.D.O. cheese (milk, salt, rennet) 31%, Milk, Butter, Summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 2%, Corn starch, Aroma.
