Description
Kinara is a hard cheese for the table and for grating, with vegetable rennet, no preservatives, no lysozyme, but above all lactose-free.

Fattorie Fiandino was the first in the world to introduce the Kinara method, which involves the use of the flowers of Cynara cardunculus, a common wild thistle that grows wild in the Piedmont mountains and is able to transform itself into real vegetable rennet.

The use of rennet, especially vegetable rennet, contributes decisively to the 'zero lactose' of Kinara and to providing original and pleasant organoleptic characteristics. In this new version, Truffle Kinara, the truffle gives an extra touch with its innate elegance, without being intrusive.

The result is a cheese that is digestible even by lactose-intolerant people, with an inimitable taste and aroma!

Milk, mixture of crushed summer truffles (1.5%) (ingredients: summer truffles 68% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), summer truffle cooking juice (summer truffles, water, salt), water, salt, flavouring), salt, vegetable rennet (Cynara cardunculus).
