The Fonduta Valdostana di Brezzo is a recipe of the best Italian culinary tradition. Made of flour, butter, eggs, milk and Fontina cheese.

Ingredients

Fontina cheese 28%, Table cheese, Fresh cream, Water, Egg yolk, Cornstarch. Melting salt: Sodium citrate, Salt, Flavorings. Preservative: sorbic acid.
