The Colomba Amarena from the Primavera line by Albertengo is a splendid novelty and a great specialty, full of black cherries and chocolate chips. A true artisan specialty for your Easter!
Ingredients
wheat flour, candied black cherry 12% [black cherries, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, concentrated black cherry juice, concentrated black carrot juice, flavourings, colouring: E163 Anthocyanins, (contains sulphites)], chocolate 12% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), egg yolk, butter, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), sugar, emulsifier: mono-and di-glycerides of fatty acids; invert sugar syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, barley malt, salt, flavouring agents. INGREDIENTS OF ICING AND DECORATION: sugar, almonds, egg white, "Piedmont Hazelnut" 1,0%, kernels, rice flour. May contain other nuts, soy and mustard. Store in a cool and dry place.
