Description
The Albertengo Spring Berry Colomba is a wonderful novelty with berries covered with icing and decorated with almonds and sugar: a real artisan speciality for your Easter!
Ingredients
wheat flour, candied mixed wild berries in variable proportions 17% (sugar, strawberries, blackberriers, black and red currants, blueberries), egg yolk, butter, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), sugar, blueberry puree 3.4%(blueberries equal to 1.5% of the finished product, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, thickener: pectin; preservative: potassium sorbate), emulsifier: mono-and di-glycerides of fatty acids; invert sugar syrup, barley malt, salt, flavouring agents. INGREDIENTS OF ICING AND DECORATION: sugar, almonds, egg white, "Piedmont Hazelnut" 1,0%, kernels, rice flour. May contain other nuts, soy and mustard. Store in a cool and dry place.
