Description
The Colomba Fantasia di Frutta of the Primavera line by Albertengo is a wonderful novelty with a very original taste rich in soft and fragrant candied fruit (orange, peach, apricot, and black cherry) with a touch of ginger: a real artisan speciality for your Easter!
Ingredients
wheat flour, candied fruit 27% [apricots 8.3% , black cherry 6.2% (contains sulphites), peaches 4.2%, pineapple 4.1%, orange peel 2.1%, apples 2.1%, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, concentrated black cherry juice, concentrated black carrot juice, natural flavors, colorant: E163 Anthocyanins], egg yolk, butter, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), sugar, emulsifier: mono-and di-glycerides of fatty acids; invert sugar syrup, barley malt, salt, flavouring agents. INGREDIENTS OF ICING AND DECORATION: sugar, almonds, egg white, "Piedmont Hazelnut" 1,0%, kernels, rice flour. May contain other nuts, soy and mustard. Store in a cool and dry place.
